We are in the business of knowing how to ask the right questions, especially when it concerns executives in leadership positions. Our evaluations often begin with one of the most fundamental questions of all: Do your executives project themselves effectively? Many, unfortunately, do not. Yet a confident demeanor – consistent with a polished leadership image – can, indeed, be learned. Bejar Group begins its process with a confidential assessment of those associates who work with the executive. This is followed by a discovery session with the executive. We then coach that individual towards the desired goal of a positive executive presence. Going beyond the trait of being an effective team leader, the executive will acquire the skills.
